Joseph Donnelli
Joseph P. Donnelli Jr. of Farmington Presbyterian Manor was born December 6, 1923 in Lemay, Missouri. He passed away Thursday, May 18 at the Presbyterian Manor being 82 years of age.
Son of the late Joseph Donnelli Sr. and Christina &#8220Ludweg”. Surviving are his wife Gloria &#8220Lear” Donnelli of Park Hills; one daughter, Gloria Donnelli (Jr.) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; sister, Christine Diedericksen of Lemay; brother, Herman and his wife Virginia Donnelli of Terre Du Lac; grandson, Danny, and wife Amber Donnelli of Elko, Nevada; granddaughter, Charette Goday and husband Sargio of Reno, Nev.; two great-granddaughters and two great-grandsons and several nieces, nephews and many friends.
He was preceded in death by one son, Daniel.
Joe was a veteran of the W.W. II, Korean and Vietnam Conflicts. He was a charter lifetime member of the VFW Post 5741 in Leadington and also the Non Commissioned Officer Association. A member of the American Legion Post #416 in Farmington and a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Joe retired from the U.S. Air Force after 25 years of faithful service.
Visitation from 4:30 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Caldwell Funeral Home in Park Hills. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis County, with full Military Honors. VFW Services will be held 7 p.m. Monday at the Caldwell Chapel.
