FARMINGTON — Donald Kenneth Hoffman, 78, formerly of St. Louis, passed away on June 4, 2006. Preceded by parents; George and Genevieve (Wich) Hoffman, wife; June F. (Irvin) Hoffman, brothers; Robert and Gerald, and special nephew, David Hoffman.
He is survived by son; Donald Curtis Hoffman of Farmington, daughter; Mary Zweifel of St. Louis, granddaughter; Christina Kelly of St. Louis, two brothers; Tom and Jack Hoffman, sister; Pat Blaizell and special friend; Mary Jane Johnson of Farmington. Close nephews; Martin, Wayne and Paul, other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
