Irene Herbst

PARK HILLS – Beatrice Irene Herbst, 85, of Park Hills passed away on November 12, 2006 at residence in Troy, IL. She was born March 31, 1921 in Searcy, AR. Irene was a member of the Esther First Baptist Church and a W.M.U. member.

She was preceded in death by parents, Harry and Ollie (Webb) Eads, husband Earl Herbst, brother Harry Eads Jr. and sister Lucille Pearson. She is survived by son, Glen Herbst and wife Judy of Wild Wood, MO., daughter Mary (Mrs. Terry Mabery) of Troy, IL., five grandchildren, Lora and Monty Duke, Todd and Tanya Norman, Shelly and Chris Ball, Brett Mabery and Dionna and Austin Helfers. Eight great-grandchildren, Ryan, Lindsay, Michael, Brandon, Payton, Alex, Bryce and Juliana and sister Grace Thurman of Park Hills.

Visitation is Wednesday at 3 p.m. at CZ Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Services to be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at CZ Boyer & Son Chapel with Rev. Roger Hogan officiating. Interment at Parkview Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Arthritis Foundation.
