Lorene LaHay
POTOSI – Lorene LaHay of Potosi, originally of Leadwood was born February 6, 1920 in Willow Springs, Missouri. She passed away Sunday, November 26, 2006 at the Des Peres Hospital being 86 years of age. Daughter of the late Claude Kinnard and Verna ‘Neal’ Kinnard.
Her Husband Raymond preceded her in death in 1986.
Surviving are One Daughter, Shirley Goforth of Leadwood; Two Sons, Donald LaHay and wife Gene of North Carolina, and David LaHay and wife Judy of Park Hills; 13 Grandchildren; 11 Great-Grandchildren and 18 Great-Great Grandchildren. One Brother, John Kinnard and wife Fern of Bismarck; Three Sisters, Mattie Brewer of Leadwood, Dorothy Waugh of Arnold, Wanda, Mrs. Paul Hall of Leadwood; Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by One Son, Rodger Kinnard; Three Brothers; One Son-in-law, and one great-great grandson.
Visitation after 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Caldwell Funeral Home in Park Hills. Funeral services Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills with Rev. Mike Barton officiating. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington.
