Michael L. Politte
BONNE TERRE – Michael L. Politte of St. Louis, formerly of Farmington, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2006, at his residence at the age of 59 years. He was born April 27, 1947, in Farmington to the late Lindell Politte and Norma Jean Manolakos (nee Currington). Also preceded in death by his sister, Nedra Flippo, and nephew, Anthony Lynn.
Michael served his country proudly in the United States Navy. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to the Casino’s.
He is survived by his children, Kim (Mrs. Gary) Dutkiewicz of Gideon, Stacy (Mrs. Walter) Lackey of St. Clair, and Mike Politte of St. Clair, nine grandchildren, Geneva Leath, Brian Adams Jr., Carol Lackey, Zachary Adams, Heather Lackey, Chelsie, Kaitlynn, Brenda, and Allison Dutkiewicz. Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A graveside service with full military honors will be held Thursday, December 7, 2006, at the Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Paul Pope officiating.
