Blunt and McCaulla recruited by Jefferson College

Aaron Blunt one of North County’s ace pitchers will be throwing the baseball for the Vikings of Jefferson College next year. Blunt, now in his senior year with the Raiders, recently signed with Jefferson Community College after having a All-Conference, All-District, junior year for the Raiders with a 6-1 record and an ERA of 1.17.

Lacey McCaulla of Bismarck will be heading the opposite direction than first planned. McCaulla recently signed a letter of intent to play volleyball for the Jefferson College Lady Vikings this Fall. McCaulla initially signed to play for Three Rivers College, but when their volleyball program was canceled, the hard-hitting senior was picked up by Jeffco after finishing an All-State second-team year as a senior with the Lady Indians.
