The Farmington R-7 School Board will meet tonight to discuss nearly a dozen issues and honor two members of the staff.
Topics for discussion include a contract with Missouri Department of Transportation for a School Safety Zone, whether to allow the high school baseball team to travel to Mississippi, and what to do about inclement weather makeup days.
The board also will consider the nomination of Pat Momot for the MSBA Board of Directors and MSBA Board officer; requests for early graduation; and results of the 2005-2006 Early Childhood Final Expenditure Report.
The board plans to honor Angie Winch as February Featured Teacher and recipient of the Heartland Hero Award. Members also will recognize Howard Hoehn’s retirement.
Also on the agenda are the regular staff and departmental reports.
