Farmington offers free physicals

Free physicals will be offered today starting at 6 p.m. at the Farmington High School. Any Farmington student entering grades 7-12 may participate.

Each student will be required to complete the parent/student section of the physical form which includes the student’s signature, parent’s signature and name and policy number of the their insurance company. Any student not having the completed form the night of the physicals, will need to see their private physician to obtain their physical.
