Wyatt W. Statler

Wyatt W. Statler, 83, of Fredericktown died July 25, 2007  in Fredericktown.

He was born August 9, 1923 in Higdon, Missouri, a son of Homer and Lily Statler.

On June 21, 1952 he was united in marriage to Virginia       (Womack) at Corning Arkansas.

Mr. Statler was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Glen and Jim; and one sister, Nadine Lewis.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Statler of Fredericktown; and one step-son, William R. Huggins of St. Clair, Missouri.

Mr. Statler had two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was a member of the Christian Church and enjoyed flying.

Services were held July 28, 2007 at Follis and Son Chapel with the Reverend Bob Graham officiating. Burial was at Marcus Memorial Park Cemetery in Fredericktown.

Pallbearers were: John Orr, James Orr, Eric Huggins, Ivan Statler, Ray Statler and John Francis.
