Lowell C. Milner of Marquand; Alleged three counts of Passing Bad Checks, $500 or more. Transferred to circuit court. The preceding case has not been finalized or adjudicated and the defendant is considered innocent until proven guilty.

The following cases have been adjudicated:

Paul R. Ordway II of Poplar Bluff; Possession of Up To 35 Grams of Marijuana. Ten days in jail, credit for time served. $250 fine plus court costs. Reimburse Madison County Sheriff’s Department $58.50.

Robert Thomas Mance of O’Fallon; Supplying Liquor to a Minor or Intoxicated Person. $500 fine plus court costs.

Jill Holly Pavia of St. Charles, Missouri; No Operator’s License. $250 fine plus court costs.

Ronald Earl Grindstaff Jr. of Fredericktown; Misdemeanor stealing. Thirty days in jail to be served on weekends.
