Ruth Lucille Johnson
FARMINGTON — Ruth Lucille Johnson, 84, of Fredericktown, formerly of Glen Allen, passed away Friday August 17, 2007, at the ClaRu Deville Nursing Center in Fredericktown.
She was born at Glen Allen, August 9, 1922, daughter of Charles L. and Margaret Ann Dellinger Cobb. She married Roy A. Johnson at Glen Allen December 20, 1947, and he died August 23, 1998.
Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker and a member of the White Oak Baptist Church at Glen Allen.
Survivors include one daughter Linda (Oscar) Govreau, Fredericktown; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was her husband, two brothers and one sister.
A funeral service was held Monday morning at Liley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Carl Hutcheson officiating. Interment followed at the Glen Allen Cemetery.
