PARK HILLS — Donna Jean Auten, 48, of Park Hills passed away August 31, 2007, at her residence. She was born October 12, 1959, at Farmington.
She was preceded in death by: Father, Donald Elders; and sister, Robbin Campbell.
She is survived by: Mother, Clara Stokes and step-father, Cecil Stokes; husband, Dennis “Digger” Auten Sr. of Park Hills; daughters, Michelle Edlers of Park Hills and Danielle Workes and husband Charles of Fort Campbell, Ky.; son, Dennis “D.J.” Auten Jr. of Park Hills; step-son, Brent Auten of Illinois; grandson, Ethan James Workes; step-grandson, Dominic Workes; sisters, Sheilah Brotherton of Bonne Terre, Sherry Turner of Doe Run and Laura Stephens of Desloge; brothers, Mark Elders of Farmington, Robert Horton of St. Louis and Richard Horton of Park Hills. Many nieces, nephews, other family and friends also survive.
Visitation will be 5 p.m., Tuesday, at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills. Services will be 1 p.m., Wednesday at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home. Interment at Mitchell Cemetery.
