Jeffrey M. Conklin

Jeffrey M. Conklin, 36, of Annapolis died September 16, 2007 at Patterson, Missouri.

He was born May 14, 1971 at St. Louis, a son of Michael Conklin, JoAnn Martin and Chris Martin.

Mr. Conklin was preceded in death by his father, Michael A. Conklin; grandfather John P. Welch, grandmother Lola D. Welch, grandfather Eawing (Doe) Conklin and grandmother, Rose Conklin.

Mr. Conklin is survived by Tonya Hasty; and one brother, Bill Conklin of Annapolis, Missouri.

Services were held September 19, 2007 at Follis and Sons Chapel with Pastor Barbara Stark. Burial was at Kelly Cemetery in Jewett, Missouri.

Pallbearers were: Darrell McGee, Dickey Miller, Doug Lashley, Shawn Hasty, Travis Dowd and John Welch.
