Jenkins new editor at Mountain Echo

Kevin Jenkins has been named the new editor of the Mountain Echo newspaper in Iron County.

He replaced Mark Cheaney who died Sept. 8.

Jenkins has been with the Mountain Echo on a full-time basis since July. He has worked as a freelance writer for the newspaper for the last three years. He has been the editor of publications in Missouri and Texas.
