Thankful students share thoughts
Roosevelt Elementary School students in Michelle England’s second-grade class believe they have a lot to be thankful for. The Farmington class offered to share their Thanksgiving thoughts with readers.
Savanna: I am thankful for my family because they are always so nice to me! I am a thankful girl!
Jacob: I love my family because they are responsible for me. I am thankful for my wonderful teacher and my friends and family who love me.
Isabelle: I am thankful for my parents helping me all through my life and for my loving teacher. I am thankful for having a little brother named Nolan.
Brandon: I am thankful for my Grandpa because he served in the Marines for one month. I am thankful for parents who play with me and help me.
Christina: I am thankful for my dad who works at the prison to make money so we can have good things at home.
Joshlyn: I am thankful to have a family that helps me and my grandpa who was in the army. I am thankful for my cousin, Hadley, who helps me. I am glad to have my sister and brothers.
Tommy: I am thankful for living in the USA and my for my mom for taking me to church on Sundays.
Maddison: I am thankful for my family because they take really good care of me and that’s hard work.
Parker: I am thankful because I have a mom and dad who loves me and my brother who helps me with my homework.
Dylan: I am thankful for a family who cares about me and for my brother who plays basketball and I get to watch him and my dad who loves me.
Brooke: I am thankful for a mother who loves me and a brother, too, and my sisters care about me, too.
Megan: I am thankful for my family because my parents work hard to provide food for me and for my little brother who has always been there for me.
Adam: I am thankful for my mom because she does my laundry for me and for my dad who goes to work to get money for us. My family loves me and cares for me a lot.
Russel: I am thankful for my class because they are nice to me and for my teacher who is so nice. I am thankful for mom and dad who love me so much.
Marion: I am thankful for Jesus who died on the cross for our sins. I’m thankful for my great-grandma who takes me to special places. I’m thankful for my supporting great family.
Harrison: I am thankful for Jesus dying on the cross for us. I am thankful for family that loves me and my friends that play with me.
Johnathan: I am thankful for a good family because my dad and my mom they both work hard. I am thankful for my teacher who tells me what to do. I have a new brother who I am thankful for and he doesn’t wake me up at night only he wakes my mom up one time.
Kayla: I am thankful for my family because they all love me. I am thankful for doing my homework and my teacher she is nice.
Jaiden: I am thankful for my family because they love me and they care for me and the watch me play basketball. I am thankful for being born to discover the world.
Zoe: I am thankful for my supportive family. I am thankful we have a nice place to live. I am thankful for my teacher because without her I’d be a rock in third grade! I am thankful for God because he gave us animals and us!
