Era Hunt

PARK HILLS — Era Evelyn Hunt passed away on December 15, 2007, at 89 years. Born on Christmas Eve, 1917, to the late Hayes and Deila (Richey) Reynolds. Also preceded in death by her husband, Dr. John Ward Hunt Jr., and a son John Ward Hunt III.

Survived by two sons, Dr. Phillip D. Hunt and wife Loretta of Silverdale, WA and Hayes R. Hunt and wife Judy of Harlingen, TX, a daughter, Charlotte Hopkins and husband Russell of Farmington, thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, special cousins and friends, Connie Bentz, J.R. Waller, Mrs. Eulene Walker, and Mrs. Ramona Penberthy. She is also survived by her cat “Misha.”

Friends may call at the Cozean Memorial Chapel today, December 17, 2007 at 7:30 a.m. with a funeral service following at the Cozean Chapel at 10:30 a.m. with Father James Dyer officiating.
