James Lee ‘œJim’e Stafford
James Lee Stafford, 58, of Fredericktown died December 31, 2007 at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington, Missouri.
He was born September 21, 1949 in Zion, a son of Otto and Alma (Stevens) Stafford.
Mr. Stafford was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Junior Stafford.
In 1968 in Greenville, he was united in marriage to Brenda Berry who survives in Fredericktown.
Mr. Stafford is also survived by one son, James Stafford Jr. of Fredericktown; one daughter, Angie Kemp of Fredericktown; five brothers, Lee Roy Stafford of Marquand, Donnie Stafford of Fredericktown, Leslie Stafford of Lodi, Larry Stafford of Mill Creek, and Norman Stafford of Kingsville, Texas; five sisters, Shirley London of Patterson, Lois Hahn of Fredericktown, Brenda Stevens of Marquand, Debbie Massa of Marble Hill and Diane Cox of Bonne Terre; and five grandchildren.
He was a logger and enjoyed hunting and spending time with family and friends.
Services were held January 3, 2008 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown with Brother Steve Francis and Brother Clinton Massa officiating. Burial was at Antioch Cemetery near Fredericktown.Pallbearers were: Gary Stafford, Daniel Stafford, Ron London, Michael Massa, Frankie Hahn and Michael Stafford.
