The Daily Journal can now publish school closings, cancellations and other emergency notices after hours at its Web site dailyjournalonline.com.

If you are the leader of a club, organization or agency that might need to use such a service, contact us at 431-2010 ext. 117 for details on accessing this after-hours announcement system.

Cancellations during regular working hours can be done over the phone and posted to the Web immediately. Just ask for the news department when you call the main number.
