Betty Lou Hammack
DESLOGE — Betty Lou Hammack, 78, of Desloge passed away March 12, 2008, at her residence. She was born September 24, 1929, at Esther.
She was a member of the First Assembly of God in Park Hills; and she enjoyed painting portraits and landscapes.
She was preceded in death by: Parents, Thomas and Esther (Hahn) Elders; husband, Thedford W. Hammack; brothers, James Elders and Doyle “Bud” Elders; sisters, Alberta and Nadine Elders, and infant sister, Navetta Ruth.
She is survived by: Son, Randy Hammack of Desloge; daughters, Chyrel (Mrs. Earnest) Gann of Park Hills and Dale (Mrs. Michael) Huffman of Festus; eight grandchildren, Jeri Gann, Matthew Gann, Joshua Gann, Julie McCarver, Jim Huffman, Jana Renshaw, Jackie Huffman and Joey Huffman; three great-grandchildren, Joseph Hammack, Dagny McCarver and Maxwell Renshaw; and sister, Imogene (Mrs. George) Hammack of Arnold.
Visitation will be 5 p.m., Friday, March 14, 2008, at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, March 15, 2008, at C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel with Rev. Edward Bennett officiating. Interment at Parkview Cemetery.
