Optimist Club Easter Egg Hunt
Easter is fast approaching and the Fredericktown Optimist Club is glad to be able to provide another egg-citing egg hunt for the youth of Madison County. Children from 3 to 10 years old will be eligible to hunt for the candy/prize filled, colorful plastic eggs. A total of 2,000 plus eggs are being prepared for the Saturday morning event.
The hunt will be held at the Jaycee Park, at 10:00 AM, Saturday March 15. In the event of inclement weather the following Saturday will be utilized. All participants need to meet at the concession stand, staging area prior to the 10:00 AM start time.
Children need to bring their own baskets and be prepared to hunt on their own, since parents will not be allowed to aid in their egg searching. It is expected that the Easter Bunny will be attendance as well.
