Walter “”Bill”” Iahn

DESLOGE — Walter “Bill” Iahn, 57, of Desloge, Missouri, was born in St. Francois County, Missouri, on August 4, 1951, to the late Ellis and Emily Helms Iahn. He departed this life on August 8, 2008.

He was employed in insurance sales and formerly with the Sheriff’s Department. He was a member of the East Bonne Terre Baptist Church where he played the organ and was a member of the choir.

Survived by son, Jason and wife Jennifer Iahn; sister, Myrna Hartzell; grandchildren: Natalie Iahn, Makaylla and Susan Guenther.

Visitation 4 p.m. Saturday at Coplin Funeral Home. Services 6:30 p.m. Saturday in the Coplin Chapel with Rev. Warren Smith officiating. Interment at a later date.
