AmHeart seeking volunteers

AmHeart Hospice is seeking volunteers for a variety of duties and activities.

Training for volunteers will be held at the AmHeart office at 821 Valley Creek Drive on Aug. 15 beginning at 9 a.m. and  Aug. 22 at 9 a.m.  Lunch will be provided.

Hospice volunteers are extraordinary people who do ordinary things to change lives. Volunteers can help in the office, assist staff with community fundraising events, or provide direct support, companionship and comfort to hospice patients and their families.

Volunteers may give a few hours a week or a few hours a month. There are endless opportunities to help patients, their families and our staff.

AmHeart Hospice serves St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, Perry, Iron, Madison, Jefferson and Washington Counties. Volunteers can choose where they want to go and what they want to do to help.
