Survived by daughter, Debra McGinley; sons: Charles (Connie ) Owens, Jr., Mark Owens, Anthony West; sisters: Kay (Bill) Daniels, Charlotte (Randy) Rutledge, Verla Elliott, Sandy Lane, Loretta (Dennis) Crisp; brothers: Rodney (Marilyn) Smith, Elmer (Francis) Smith, Jr., Linnie Smith, Bill Birch; 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation 5-9 p.m. Sunday, August 17, 2008 at Moore Funeral Home, Potosi. Services 1 p.m. Monday at Moore Chapel.
