Beverley Byington
FARMINGTON — Beverley Joan Byington of Farmington passed away August 22, 2008 at Barnes Jewish Hospital at the age of 68 years. She was born September 27, 1939, in Scranton, Penn., daughter of the late Arthur and Margaret (Turner) Fratamico. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother. She was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees, (N.A.R.F.), the Red Hat Farmington Floozies, and of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Farmington.
She is survived by her husband, Ken Byington, of Farmington, a daughter, Jacquie (Henry) Schaper of Marthasville, a son Edward Schiavi, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, a step-daughter, Samantha Byington of Arnold, two grandchildren Nikki Schaper of Union, and Jakob Schaper of Marthasville, two brothers, Art and Frank Fratamico, and two sisters, Dorothy Williams and Shirley Gercak. Nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends also survive.
Friends may call at Cozean Chapel Tuesday, August 26, 2008 from 5-9 p.m., with Parish Rosary at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume 7-9 a.m. on Wednesday, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Rickey Valleroy officiating.
