Mountain men rendezvous

Mountain men of the pre-1840s will meet for a Rendezvous at the Lucky Clover Campground near Cuba Sept. 27 and 28. The campground is just south of Cuba on Highway 19.

The public is invited to tour the campground free of charge.

Traders and mountain men will be displaying period items. Camps will be primitive and campers will be dressed in period clothing. Many items displayed will be available for purchase.

The event includes a black powder rifle competition each day. Competition will be open to the public with entry fee.
