Convention comes to city

The Missouri Farmers Union (MFU) 2009 Convention is coming to Ste. Genevieve. The MFU will hold its convention Jan. 30-31 at the Hotel Ste. Genevieve. A trade show will be held in the large meeting room adjacent to the University of Missouri Extension office in the County Services Building.

This is the ninth convention the organization has held. The public is welcome to the event. Attendance to listen to speakers is free, but there is a small fee to attend the lunch or banquet meals.
