Delores Ann Pingel
Delores Ann Pingel, 76, of Fredericktown (formerly of Perryville) died January 22, 2009 at her home.
She was born December 22, 1932 in Highland, Missouri, a daughter of Howard Felix and Mary Catherine (Benline) Weinkein.
On November 22, 1952 in Perryville she was united in marriage to Donald Pingel who survives at the home.
She is also survived by two, sons, Brett C. Pingel of Piedmont and Derwin Pingel; one daughter Mary Ann “Annie” Kennedy of Fredericktown; one brother, Donnie Weinkein of Scott City, Missouri; two sisters, Rose Lappe of Deep Water, Missouri and Wilma Kiefer of Perryville.
Mrs. Pingel had four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Billy Pingel; one brother, Gilbert “Bud” Weinkein, granddaughter, Nichole Pingel and grandson, Corey Pingel.
Mrs. Pingel retired from Gilster-Mary Lee in Perryville in the cake mix packing department.
She enjoyed quilting, embroidering, going four-wheeling and camping,
She was a member of the Mountain View Church in near Marquand.
Services were held January 26, 2009 with Brother Tommy Fults and Brother Gene Proffer officiating.
Burial was at Marcus Memorial Park Cemetery in Fredericktown, Missouri.
Pallbearers were: Mike Morris, Lonnie Johnson, Curtis Boessen, Cletus Pingel, James Pingel and Terry Pingel.
