Members of Helping Hands of Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center, the health center’s auxiliary, have just kicked off Cabinet Days, one of their biggest annual fundraisers.
A cabinet was donated by Schultz Antiques in St. Mary to support Helping Hands of SMMHC. The winner of the cabinet will be announced on May 28.

The Cabinet will be on display at Forever Antiques with opportunities to win. The cabinet features vintage hardware and a base that reclaims the lost antique. The cabinet’s top has a plate groove on the top shelf and a dominant crown. The bottom of the cabinet opens to offer a large storage area under the drawers. The cabinet is great “new” time worn paint and is valued at $1,095.
Michelle Ramirez, fundraising chair, said, “We are hoping Cabinet Days will be a great success.” The proceeds will go to support services provided at Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center and toward education and advocacy for persons who have mental illnesses.
