ANNAPOLIS — Baby William Samuel Pratt, 3 months, of Annapolis, MO passed away February 2, 2009 at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington. He was born November 7, 2008 at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center.
Survived by Parents, William L. and Hannah (Hardin) Pratt of Annapolis; Grandparents, Jim and Debbie Thrasher, John and Leah Hardin, Gwen and Steve Pratt; Great Grandparents, Evelyn Canterberry, Norman Hardin, Ray and Sue Thrasher, Sam and Betty Young. Many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Visitation Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at 5-8 p.m. at C Z Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. No visitation Thursday morning. Services Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Park Hills with Rev. Jim French. Interment at Arcadia Valley Memorial Cemetery.
