Bonnie Everitt

FARMINGTON — Bonell “Bonnie” Everitt of Farmington passed away Friday, March 13, 2009, at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center, at the age of 81 years. She was born December 12, 1927, in Denver, Col., daughter of the late Frank and Della Ruby (McCormick) Koci. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward Everitt, a grandson, James Everitt, and one sister.

Bonnie was a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church, Newcomers Club, The Eastern Star, Women of Faith, The Red Hat Society, and the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary. In her spare time she enjoyed playing Bridge and watching Bronco’s games.

She is survived by two sons, Rick Dueane (Lisa) Everitt, of Wichita, Kan., and Randy Craig Everitt of Farmington, a daughter, Patricia Ann (Tim) McIver also of Farmington, one granddaughter, Katy (Josh) Temple of Denver, Col., and a sister-in-law, Maudice Howell of Texas.

Friends may call on Monday, March 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Cozean Memorial Chapel with the funeral service following at 1 p.m. with Dr. Rick Broadway officiating.
