CEDAR HILL — Prencetta Joy Withouse (nee Bailey), 60, of Cedar Hill MO, passed away March 30, 2009. She was born June 7, 1948.

Preceded in death by her loving companion James Scism and her mother Lorraine Bailey (McDowell).

Beloved daughter of Prentice Bailey; mother of Jim Rodgers, Prentice Rodgers and Donna Brengard; sister of Barbara McQueen, Bev Stringer, Jesse Martinez, Bill Bailey and Tom Bailey; 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren
