Madison County Health Department Weekly Health Notes

JUNE 8-12, 2009

To better serve the citizens of Madison County the health department will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Notice: Immunization Clinics will now be held Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 11:30 a.m. then 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Services from the American Cancer Society are available at the health department for cancer patients.  For more information please contact Marty Guinn about these services.

Monday, June 8,

WIC (Women, infant, and children) certification and voucher clinic from 8:00 to 11:45 a.m. then from 1:00 to 4:15 p.m.  For an appointment please call and ask for Kim or Velma.

Tuesday, June 9,

Office will be closed for the 2nd Annual Kids Summer Safety Fair at Wanda Priest Park.  For more information contact Teresa Clark or Jenny Sikes.

Wednesday, June 10,
