One-vehicle accident injures Cadet man
A one-vehicle accident Saturday on Highway 47 in St. Francois County resulted in minor injuries for a Cadet man. The accident occurred at 7:30 a.m.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 1992 Dodge Dakota driven by James Eckhardt, 21, Cadet, traveled off the right side of the road, overcorrected and went off the left side of the road. The truck then hit a tree and overturned.
Eckhardt suffered minor injuries and was taken to Washington County Hospital by St. Francois County Ambulance.
