Dear husband of Dorotha Starnes (nee Barnhouse); dear father of Bruce II (Ellen), Beth (Phillip) Marler and Craig (Rita) Starnes; dear grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend.

Visitation at the Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. (at Butler Hill) Monday, August 17, 4-9 p.m. Then to Concord Baptist Church on Tesson Ferry Rd. for visitation Tuesday, August 18, 10 a.m. until service time at 11:15 a.m. Interment National Cemetery. Contribution to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
