Ribbon Cutting Belgrade Financial Services

Members of the Desloge, Bonne Terre and Park Hills-Leadington Chambers of Commerce join employees in celebrating the opening of Belgrade Financial Services at Belgrade State Bank in Desloge. Holding the ribbon are Jonathan Turner, CEO and president of Belgrade State Bank and Julie Loughary, chief operating officer. Holding the scissors is Larry Pipkin, president of Belgrade Financial Services with assistant, Julie Pratte. Also present were Harold and Carol Turner, owners of the bank.
