Abigail Mitchell and Ryan Feeler of Park Hills are the parents of a daughter born August 10, 2009 at Parkland Health Center in Farmington. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was named Isabella Nicole. Siblings are Emma and Alexis. Grandparents are Kathy Fortner of Park Hills, Bucky Mitchell and Scottie Mitchell of Bunker, Angela McDowell of Park Hills, and Chuck McDowell of Fredericktown.
