Swine flu cases confirmed

The Washington County Health Department has confirmed two cases of the H1N1 flu locally. The two are young people.

Judy Wright, administrator, said the vaccine for H1N1 is not available yet, but will be offered by the health department when it is received.

Right now they are offering a final clinic for the seasonal flu vaccine on Sept. 26 at the Washington County Health Fair. The fair will be held from 7:30 a.m. to noon at the Potosi High School gym and round room.
