Erma Faye Worley

FARMINGTON — Erma Faye ‘Horton’ Worley, 85, passed October 3, 2009, at Parkland Health Center, South, Farmington. Erma was born July 26, 1924, in Weingarten, and was the daughter of William McKinley “Mack” Horton and Opal Faye ‘Thomas’ Horton. Also preceding in death were Brother, William G. Horton and Son-In-Law, Thomas Boersig, Jr.

Erma was a longtime, faithful member of Farmington First Baptist Church; a longtime member of Clearview Neighbors and served many years as a 4-H Leader. She was married to Theron Lee Worley for 60 yrs.

Survivors Include: her Husband, Theron Lee Worley, of Farmington; five Children: Faye Worley, of Farmington; Richard (Karen) Worley, of Farmington; Glenda Boersig, of St. Louis; Edward Worley (fiance’ Debra Richard), of Bonne Terre; Stephen (Rebecca) Worley, of Farmington. Four Sisters: Eula Gaston, of Centralia, Illinois; Cleva Ina Jean Laws, of Farmington; Shirley Samples, of Osage Beach, Missouri and Pat (Jerry) Bequette, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. 10 Grandchildren: Richard Worley, Jr.; Rodney Worley; Thomas Boersig, III; Leah Boersig; Sam Boersig; Shylah Worley; Samantha (Travis) Pirtle; McKinley Worley; Daniel Worley and Sarai Worley. Sister-In-Law: Antje Horton, of Arlington, Virginia. Also, several Nieces; Nephews; Cousins and numerous Friends.

Visitation today, 4-9 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Service, Inc., Farmington. Visitation resumes Tuesday, 6:30 – 8:30 a.m. Visitation starts at Farmington First Baptist Church at 9:30 a.m. and funeral services 11:00 a.m., at Farmington First Baptist Church with Dr. William C.
