Delmar Head

KANSAS CITY — Delmar “Keith” Head, Jr. 54, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2009 at Lee’s Summit Medical Center. Born in Perryville, Missouri in 1954 to Delmar Keith Head, Sr. and Jennie Bombaci Head. He lived in Missouri most of his life. Served in the Navy. Preceded in death by his parents. Survived by: Wife of 19 years, Sandi; one daughter, Tonya Walker; four sisters, Joanne Ksionzky, Fran Preston, Pam Hoog, Roline Heuring; as well as many numerous nieces and nephews.
