Two dogs seeking owners

DESLOGE — The Desloge Pound has two dogs needing to be reunited with their owners or find new homes. A male English Setter was picked up on Friday on S. Harry Jr.  Street. The animal control officer said he knows who the dog belongs to, but has been unable to contact the owner.

The dog is very friendly and has a red collar. He would make a great family pet for someone wanting a dog.

The second dog is a full-blooded female black and tan miniature pinscher. She probably needs to go to a home where there are no other pets because she likes to argue. It’s also not known how she would do with small children. However, in the right home she would make a very nice dog.
