Christmas Miracles Charity Auction

The Christmas Miracles Charity Auction will be held Dec. 12 in the basement at the Gumbo First Church of God, Hwy. 8, Park Hills.

The evening will begin with a ham and bean supper at 5 p.m., serving fried potatoes, corn bread, spinach, tea or coffee and dessert. Cost for the supper is $6 for adults and $3 for children.

The auction begins at 6:30 p.m. There are many donated items and gift certificates from local businesses, crafts, gift baskets and homemade baked goods.

All proceeds go to buy gifts for those who have no family, family contact or have outlived their families. Other people served or those located in local nursing, boarding, veterans, or children’s homes and those from all the local nutrition centers.
