Democrats hold Christmas party
The St. Francois County Democrats will have their annual Christmas party instead of the usual monthly business meeting, Dec. 11 at the American Legion Hall, 5073 Flat River Road, Leadington/Park Hills.
Members and guests should arrive at 6 p.m. for a social hour and the dinner will begin at 7 p.m. The theme this year is the 1950s. Cost is $10 per person and children are welcome.
The menu will consist of hamburgers, French fries, and root beer floats will be served for dessert. Each person attending will receive an authentic Coca-Cola glass to take home.
