Community invited to “”The Forgotten Angel””

The Memorial United Methodist Church invites the community to the presentation of “The Forgotten Angel” and a dessert reception this Friday evening. The Mighty Memorial Players will present the original one-act play at 7 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.

The doors open at 6 p.m. for the Silent Auction, which includes many lovely items that will make perfect Christmas gifts or become treasured family heirlooms. Among the items are two lovely handmade quilts, a large gun cabinet, and a handsome curved hunting bow. 

A dessert reception immediately follows the play. There is no charge for the evening, but a love offering will be taken. All proceeds will go to the church Benevolence Fund and used to assist those in need in our community.
