Potosi man hurt in traffic slowdown
A Potosi man received minor injuries Thursday when a 2007 Ford F150 and a 2001 Saturn SC2 collided in Jefferson County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Randall C. Vance, 60, was northbound on Missouri 21 at 8:04 a.m. when he stopped for traffic congestion. The Saturn, driven by Stormy A. Asher, 23, struck the rear of Vance’s Ford, south of Tree Ridge Trail.
Vance was taken by ambulance to Jefferson Regional Medical Center. No injuries were listed for Asher. Both drivers had been wearing seat belts.
Damage to the Saturn was listed as minor. No damage was listed for the Ford.
