Mike Garrison
PARK HILLS — Michael E. Garrison of Park Hills passed away March 8, 2010 at the age of 49 years. He was born October 8, 1960 in St. Louis to Nellie Ann (Reece) Dotson and the late Joseph H. Garrison. Also preceded in death by his step-father, Clete Dotson, grandparents, Lee and Aline Reece and Jim and Ruth Garrison.
Mike served his country proudly in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed dirt bike riding and racing with his bike #91, camping, fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his mother, Nellie Ann Dotson, children, Matt Garrison and Melissa (fiancé Jamie Farmer) Garrison, granddaughter, Kaylyn Farmer, sisters and brothers, Debi (fiancé Steve Koudelis) Delano, Donna (Randy) Vaughn, Joey (Wava) Garrison, adopted children by love, Brian Forrester, Brandon (Erin) Forrester, and four grandchildren by love, and life companion, Becky Forrester. Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and dear friends also survive.
Family to receive friends 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Shearin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dean Heady officiating. Interment with Military Honors at Adams/Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorials to the family or Safe Harbor Hospice appreciated.
