Naomi Mahurin

DESLOGE — Naomi Mahurin, 89, of Desloge, MO passed away March 11, 2010 at NHC HealthCare in Desloge. She was born April 17, 1920 in Dent County.

Naomi loved working in her yard and cooking for others. She was a member of Gumbo Church of God.

Preceded in death by Parents, John E. and Lizzie (Pitts) Powell; Husband, Ray Mahurin; Sister, Marie Powell and Bernice Blackwell; Brothers, R.V. Diddle Powell and Frank Powell

Survived by Son, Gary ‘Giz’ Mahurin and wife Kay of Park Hills, MO; Three Grandsons, Gary L. Mahurin II and wife Robin, Douglas Landolt and wife Holly, Todd Landolt and wife Rita; Greatgrandchildren, Chelsie and Garrett Mahurin, Jacob and Jenna Landolt; Many nieces and nephews; Also hospice nurse Brenda and many special friends at Park Hills Head Start.

Visitation Friday, March 12, 5 to 8 p.m. at C Z Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Services Saturday, March 13, 1 p.m. at C Z Boyer & Son Chapel with Rev. Stephen Brownfield. Interment at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Park Hills. Memorials may be made to HospiceCare, Inc.
