Pre-school enrollment at Central

PARK HILLS — Pre-school enrollment for Central Elementary will take place from 5:30-7 p.m. on Tuesday at Central Elementary. There will be a carnival with games for children during this time. The event is for children ages 3-4 that will not be going to kindergarten next year. Children turning 4 before Aug. 1, 2010, will be considered for pre-school enrollment. Children who are 3 will be considered for early childhood programs.

Kindergarten enrollment will be held from 1-6 p.m. March Wednesday and Thursday at Central Elementary. To be eligible children need to be 5 before Aug. 1, 2010. The Kindergarten Round-Up will take place at Central Elementary for these children at 6 p.m. on March 23. Children will be able to tour the elementary and participate in a variety of activities.

Parents need to bring an original birth certificate, a Social Security card, Medicaid number if applicable, a shot record and proof of residency.
