Group looking for gold, collectibles

If you have vintage guitars, antique toys, war items, old coins, silver, gold, jewelry or other collectibles you’d like to sell or find out more about, the Ohio Valley Gold and Silver Refinery is in town through Friday at All Occasions in Park Hills.

The group has brought $300,000 to purchase collectibles and gold and have already made many purchases. It is free to have your item reviewed. 

“We have had a really good show already and have had some really cool things show up so far,” said Brittany Thomas a representative for the show. 

The hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and 9 to 4 p.m. Friday.

The following is a list of what they are looking for at the event.

Coins All denominations, both US and foreign made before 1934. Platinum, silver and gold whether coins, investment gold, scrap gold or jewelry.

Toys made before 1965 in B to A++ condition. Also dolls and trains.

Pre-1970s musical instruments, watches, Tiffany, advertising memorabilia and war items and anything old or unusual.
