Carroll Forrester

LEADWOOD — Carroll Ray Forrester, 75, of Leadwood passed away August 3, 2010 at his residence. He was born June 29, 1935 in Leadwood. 

He was a member of the Mineral Area Community Elks, 2583.

Preceded in death by: Parents, Virgil and Janie (Blanton) Forrester; son, Matthew Forrester; brothers, Harold Slade and Cleo Slade.

Survived by: Wife, Betty (Walsh) Forrester of Leadwood; sons, Ricky Forrester of Leadwood and Kevin (Connie) Forrester of Bonne Terre; daughter Connie Jones (Randy) of Leadwood; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Ruby Hughes of St. Louis.

Visitation, Thursday, August 5, 2010 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Leadwood. Services will be Friday, August 6, 2010 at 10 a.m. at C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Leadwood with Pastor Darrell Jones officiating. Interment at Leadwood, Cemetery.
