Berniece Schneider Fellows

Berniece Schneider Fellows, 89, of Fredericktown died July 30, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

She was born June 2, 1921 at Mine La Motte, Missouri, the daughter of John Wilburn and Lucy (LaChance) Trousdale.

In May of 1941 she was united in marriage to Glenn Schneider at Fredericktown, Missouri.

Mrs. Fellows was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glenn Schneider; and one brother, Clyde Trousdale.

She is survived by one son, Wayne Schneider (Charlotte) of Fredericktown; one sister, Adell Trousdale of Fredericktown; one sister-in-law, Mary Ruth Hart of Fredericktown; one niece and three nephews.

Mrs. Fellows was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church and of the Baptist faith.

A special interest of her’s was her black labrador “Midnight” who she referred to as her grandson.

Services were held August 2, 2010 at Follis and Sons Chapel with the Reverend Clyde Bess officiating. Burial was at Marcus Memorial Park Cemetery in Fredericktown.

Pallbearers were: Bud Johnson, Kenneth Cooper, Bill Hill, Timmy Cooper, Josh Hurt and Don Hurt.
